Internal Systems

MFPL has already set up one of the field's most dynamic team. A cohesive unit of professionals working in perfect synergy, providing the company an edge in every aspect of operations. Right from R & D, production to marketing, at MFPL the in-house design team fine tunes each thought into a viable design idea, works out the details of the design on a CAD system, checks the cost to value efefctiveness, refines the design to blend with the skycaps, environment and the future. Presently the company had makeshift factories established at sites. However, in the near future, the Company is planning to establish a central production unit, fully equipped with latest machineries, enabling it to execute any required task according to customers demand and in desired volumes.

The company has set up internal control system to report different activities for field, Marketing, Purchases and Finance/Accounts. Purchases, Marketing, and Finance functions are centralised at Mumbai. The company has in-house quality control and product development team.

Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process involves procurement of steel tubes/sections, aluminium extrusion, etc. The same are cut, welded, fabricated, drilled, machined, and painted, generally as per the manufacturing drawing. The same are subsequently shifted to the desired site of execution/erection and are assembled and erected at place as per the drawings. These structures are subsequently clad (covered) with poly-carbonate sheets/glass sheets/metal sheets as required by the client.
